The surgery is registered with the Care Quality Commission. As part of their regular inspections we may be asked to provide patient identifiable information. Wherever possible this will be anonymous but if this is impossible we will seek patient consent prior to disclosure. The CQC may well contact our patients or ask questions of any patients coming to the surgery during the inspection. We are most grateful to any patients who help with this process. If you have experienced a problem with the surgery there is no need to save it up for our inspection, please tell us so we can do something about it.
During an inspection the CQC will be looking for evidence that your surgery is safe, caring, effective, responsive to your needs and well-led. These are the same criteria they use when inspecting other organisations like care homes and hospitals.
The CQC welcome patient feedback about the practice (as we do) and this can be done through their website by clicking on the button below.
