Hindon Surgery

Your opinions are very important to us.  We are your surgery and we want you to tell us how we are doing. Previous surveys have shown a very high level of satisfaction with the surgery and have led to improvements and investment in areas where it was felt we could do better (eg. the introduction of telephone surgeries and more information about our services).

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed.  Thank you to all patients who have filled one in on recent visits.     Please click on the link below to see what you think of us so far!

Friends and Family Test - December 2014 - October 2017

Every quarter IPSOS MORI send about 250 patients a survey about the surgery. These surveys are important and we are grateful to those who fill them in.  We have done very well in the most recent survey, and you can read it in full by clicking on the links below.  Please also read Dr Craig-McFeely's commentary on the report.
