Hindon Surgery

What you think of your surgery is very important to us. We are delighted that in general our patients are very pleased with the way we work and the services we offer. We are not resting on our laurels however and are constantly looking at ways in which we can improve. One of the best ways to do this is with your feedback, which you can give in a number of ways:

We are always available to listen to your comments or suggestions, either at reception, by letter, email or fax.

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed.  Thank you to all patients who have filled one in on recent visits.     Please click on the link below to see what you think of us so far!

Every quarter IPSOS MORI send about 250 patients a survey about the surgery. These surveys are important and we are grateful to those who fill them in.  We have done very well in the most recent survey, and you can read it in full by clicking on the links below.  Please also read Dr Craig-McFeely's commentary on the report.

We also have a Patient Reference Group, who we meet with annually to discuss plans for the future, and to get valuable feedback from our patients.  If you would like to join this group, please ask at reception, and make sure we have your up-to-date email address.  Our last meeting was held in February 2018, and the information from that meeting can be viewed below.
